Enquiries, quotes, onboarding and back-office hand-offs that happen automatically. We use n8n or Make where that is fastest, custom code where you need control, and no AI at all when a plain rules-based flow is cheaper and more reliable.

Forms, approvals, checklists and registers as simple web and mobile tools your team will actually use, with every step recorded and searchable.

When a custom system makes sense
Off-the-shelf software is often the right answer, and we will say so.
A custom system earns its keep when:
- the way you work is specific to your business, and no product fits without a lot of workarounds;
- your team keeps a spreadsheet or a paper form alongside the software, because the software cannot do the last step;
- the same information is typed in more than once, in more than one place;
- something has to be recorded, approved or reported on a deadline, and it keeps slipping;
- you are paying for several tools that do not talk to each other.
If none of that sounds like you, a simpler fix is usually better, and that is the advice you will get from us.

It goes live, and we look after it
When you are happy, we put it live on your domain, or wherever you want it hosted. You pay a monthly fee for hosting, maintenance and support. There is no once-off build cost.
Tools, data and privacy
The simplest tool that does the job.
A workflow that connects the tools you already use is often the quickest to build and the easiest to change. Where you need more control, we write custom code. Where AI helps, such as reading a message or drafting a reply, it is one step in a flow and not the whole system.
Data is processed only to run the features you asked for and is handled in line with POPIA. We never use your data to train AI models. Systems that handle sensitive records can add two-step sign-in and an audit log, as our own systems do.

How much does a custom system or automation cost?
There is no once-off build cost. We build it for free as a live demo you can test, and you pay a monthly fee for hosting, maintenance and support. Message us what you need and we will tell you the monthly figure.
What happens after I send my requirements?
We build everything from your message, whether it is text or a voice note. You get a live demo to log in to and test, and you tell us what to change. Once you are happy, we put it live on your domain, or wherever you want it hosted.
Is my data private?
Data is processed only to run the features you asked for and is handled in line with POPIA. We never use your data to train AI models.
Can you connect to the tools we already use?
Usually, as long as the tool offers a way in, such as an API, an export or email. We check this before we promise anything.
Can you digitise our paper forms?
Yes. Forms, approvals, checklists and registers become simple web and mobile tools your team can use on a phone, with every step recorded and searchable. A photo of the paper form is a good place to start.
Do you only build software for certain industries?
No. Our five systems serve ambulance services, occupational health, injury reporting, site evaluations and training providers, but the approach suits any business with a process that repeats.
Do I have to use AI?
No. We use AI only where it makes a flow faster or cheaper. Many of the best automations are plain rules: when this happens, do that.
